About the Hamilton Marching Huskies

Grades 9-12

The Hamilton Marching Huskies are recognized throughout the state for having a long standing tradition of excellence and competitive success. The Marching Huskies are the current AZMBA Division 2A State Champions and ABODA Division 3 State bronze medalists.

The Marching Huskies are one of the most visible groups on campus. The ensemble consists of musicians and colorguard members who perform at events such as football games, competitions, parades, and community events.

Being part of the HHS Marching Huskies is a rewarding experience and allows students to grow as individuals while making long lasting friendships. The valuable life lessons that students will learn during marching band season include, teamwork, leadership, discipline, responsibility, and other key skills. Students who are interested in joining the band can submit a sign up form or follow the link below for more information.

Marching Band is an additional co curricular class open to all students within the band program. No audition is needed for this class – but we do have training clinics and placement auditions for drumline/front ensemble and for colorguard (who will learn to spin flags, rifles, and sabres). All ability levels are welcomed and encouraged – even beginners!

The course code for this class is BND100.
