Orchestras Results

-Concert Orchestra: Gold award, 1st place in division

-Symphonic Orchestra: Gold award

-Chamber Orchestra: Gold award, 1st place

-Both Symphonic and Chamber received special Adjudicator Awards for achievement in their divisions; the HHS Orchestra program (overall) earned the Instrumental Sweepstakes award for highest scoring instrumental program.

-Individual orchestra students Audrey Zhang and Megan Williams received best musician awards from judges – they were two of ten students recognized from among roughly 1000 participating students!

Choir Results

-Orpheus (Tenor/Bass Choir): Silver, 2nd Place in division

-Eurydice (Soprano/Alto Choir): Gold, 2nd Place in division

-Antiqua Nova (Chamber Choir): Gold, 2nd Place in division

Band Results

-Percussion Ensemble: Silver (no placement as they were the only perc ensemble)

-Jazz Ensemble: Silver (no placement as they were the only jazz ensemble)

-Wind Ensemble: Gold, 2nd Place in division (by a mere .3!)
