The Marching Huskies have been making great progress on their 2021 production Moments of Joy! The band just finished learning the drill for the 2nd Movement, which is based on a beautiful piece called Into the Joy of Spring by James Swearingen. As the first movement tells the story of young children enjoying a day in the snow, the 2nd Movement (or Ballad) will focus on the forming of new friendships and budding romances between young people as they start to navigate school on their own.
