Hello Huskies! As we start to wrap up the 2022-2023 school year, there are still a handful of upcoming events that all students and parents should be aware of. Please check out the list below to ensure you’re not caught by surprise!
4/12: CUSD Indoor Showcase – Come see HWG and HIPE perform their shows for the other district high schools at Perry HS! Doors open at 5:30 PM; HHS performs at 6:45 PM.
4/13-15: AMEA All-State Festival – Celebrate the 6 fantastic Hamilton Band students who have made All-State this year: Candice Liu, Minjee Kim, Josh Soto, Jubilee Lin, Lucy Alwin, and Zach Oetjen. Concert begins at 3:00 PM on 4/15 @ Gammage Auditorium.
4/15: WGAZ Percussion Championships – Come support HIPE as they compete at Championships in Percussion Scholastic A class for the very first time! Prelims performance is at 1:01 PM @ Millennium HS. If HIPE makes finals, the performance time will be determined by their placement.

4/21: Hamilton Jazz Black auditions – 2:30-3:30 PM
4/26: Concert Ensemble Auditions (ALL STUDENTS) – 3:00-5:00 PM

5/9: Final Band Concert – 7:00 PM @ HHS
5/12: Night of Percussion Concert – 7:00 PM @ HHS
5/16: HHS Band Boosters Board Election Meeting – 6:30 PM
5/19: 2023 Band Banquet – Join us in the Hamilton Café to celebrate a year of achievements by our incredible students! This event will be fully catered, and will recognize students who have gone above and beyond in their musicianship this year. All students are invited, and families are encouraged to attend. Tickets will be sold until May 1; payment must be received by May 5. Children 5 & under are free. (Note: students must also purchase tickets)

5/24: HHS Graduation @ Desert Financial Arena
5/26: Marching Band Summer Info Meeting & Picnic – Both new and returning parents are encouraged to attend this meeting for information on summer dates, payment information, and volunteer opportunities. Food will be provided for students to meet & greet our new members! Begins 6:00 PM in the band room.
